These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bigeasyroasting.com and any purchase you make from Big Easy Roasting ("Big Easy Roasting," "we," "us," or "our"), whether online, in person, or at an event. By visiting our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or place an order.

Please also review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information and is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Big Easy Roasting is a small-batch specialty coffee roaster based in Slidell, Louisiana.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to place an order on our website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

We work hard to describe our coffees accurately, including roast level, tasting notes, and blend composition. Actual color, flavor, and appearance can vary batch to batch because we roast in small batches from agricultural products. We do not guarantee that every bag will match a description or photo exactly.

We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue a product, or change a blend's composition or sourcing at any time without prior notice.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display pricing accurately, but if a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount charged.

Online payments are processed through GoDaddy Payments. In-person payments are processed through the GoDaddy Commerce app and card reader. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store your full card number on our own systems; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. We will notify you if we decline or cancel an order that has already been charged, and we will issue a refund for the canceled amount.

We ship orders using ShipEngine and third-party carriers. Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for carrier delays, weather events, lost packages once handed to the carrier, or delivery issues caused by an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products you order pass to you when we hand the order to the shipping carrier.

Because coffee is a consumable food product, we do not accept returns of opened bags. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Unopened, unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery at your expense. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

If you enroll in a coffee subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file on a recurring basis according to the frequency and plan you selected at sign-up. You can update, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or through your account, subject to any cutoff deadline we post before the next billing or roast date.

We will notify you of any change to subscription pricing before it takes effect. Charges already processed for a shipment are non-refundable once that batch has been roasted or shipped, except as described in Section 7.

If you submit a review or other content through our website or our review platform, you grant Big Easy Roasting a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with marketing and promoting our products. You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you agree not to post anything false, defamatory, or unlawful.

We may remove any review or content at our discretion, including content that violates these Terms.

All content on bigeasyroasting.com, including our name, logo, product names, photography, and written copy, is the property of Big Easy Roasting or our licensors and is protected by trademark and copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission.

You agree not to:

● Use our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

● Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or accounts

● Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website

● Use automated means, such as bots or scrapers, to access or collect data from our website without permission

● Resell our products without our prior written consent

Our website may link to or rely on third-party services, including GoDaddy, Google, Yotpo, and ShipEngine. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is subject to that provider's own terms.

Our website and products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Big Easy Roasting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of your order or use of our website will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Big Easy Roasting, its owners, and employees harmless from any claim, loss, or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of our website or products.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our website will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in St. Tammany Parish, Louisiana, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or placement of an order after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
